We all have times when we need to be away from our children, we all have times when we need to be away from our workmates, we all have times when we need to be away from our friends, we all need time to ourselves.


It is important to remember that we are never too young to have the power to make our own lives, we are never too old to be a successful employee, we are never too old to be a feminist, some are managers, some are co-Workers, and some are employees. They all have different challenges and strengths.


Some women are better at managing teams of employees, some are better at managing businesses, and some are excellent moms.
We need to find ways to like and celebrate all types of women in the workplace, there is no way to achieve this without taking a close look at each individual’s qualifications and experiences, this is why it is so important to focus on creating an environment that is inclusive for all types of women, regardless of status.
